CARE Recovery becomes Masterserve Assist™
What's Happening?
In line with Holman's long term strategic plans, CARE Recovery will be rebranded Masterserve Assist™.
Why?
The Masterserve brand has been recognisable within the industry for over 20 years
and is synonymous with quality and independence. Holman wishes to expand the brand to
its CARE Recovery network, building on its success and bringing brand consistency
across the networks.
When Will This Happen?
The new Masterserve Assist™ brand will go live in July 2014.
What Do I Need To Do?
In the coming months you will receive a set of log in details for our new Vendor Management System (VMS) and you will be asked to go online and complete a short registration form confirming details about your business. Within this form you will be asked to
confirm that you apply with the NEW mandatory requirements:
All applicants must be PAS 43 compliant.
All applicants must enrol onto Holman's Intellipay system.
All applicants must agree to electronic self-billing.
All applicants must have internet access and email address.
All applicants must be VAT registered.
If you are able to achieve the above requirements you will be continue as normal, if
however, you are unable to comply then you will be unable to continue with your registration.
All CARE agents will be required to reapply online through Holman's new Vendor Management System (VMS) which will also be going live in July 2014.
