On 15th November 2018 this site will disable support for HTTPS older than TLS 1.2. Users of Internet Explorer 8/9/10 on Windows 7/8 must change their default security settings.
Minimum Requirement

We recommend that you use a modern browser such as Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Microsoft Internet Explorer 11 or Mozilla Firefox.

If you need to use Internet Explorer 8/9/10 on Windows 7/8 to access a secure part of this site, then you must ensure that TLS 1.2 is enabled; see instructions below.

Internet Explorer 7 and older is not supported and will not work.

Internet Explorer on Windows Vista, XP and older is not supported and will not work.

Enable TLS 1.2 in Internet Explorer 8/9/10 on Windows 7/8
  1. Click the Tools menu (or in Internet Explorer 10 click the cog near the top-right of the screen), and then choose Internet options:

  2. Click the Advanced tab.
  3. Scroll down to the Security section near the bottom of the Settings list.
  4. Ensure the Use TLS 1.2 box is checked:

  5. Click OK.

Some users have reported caching issues Internet Explorer 11.
